Fort Trump featuring the rest of the World

Back in 2018, the idea of Fort Trump was floated by the Polish President Andrzej Duda, with the implicit hope of making the presence of US assets permanent. In June 2019 an agreement was signed to station an additional 1,000 US troops, the costs of this relocation (lodging, infrastructure, etc.) to be covered, at least partially, by Poland (to the tune of $2b). Nowhere did it say, however, that these troops would be stationed in Poland permanently.
