Jake Sullivan at Brookings. The glass is still half empty

On Thursday 27th April, US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan delivered a speech at the Washington-based Brookings Institution think tank. His speech is worth paying closer attention to, being – after recent remarks by Janet Yellen – another in a series of speeches by representatives of the administration aimed at presenting the vision of the United States regarding the direction of changes in the international order desired by the US.
