New regulations
Ladies and Gentlemen,
We kindly inform you that we have updated the Terms of Strategy&Future website www.strategyandfuture.org.
The content of point V is changed with regard to the content of sub-point 7, and the existing sub-points 7 and 8 are renumbered to points 8 and 9. Sub-points 7, 8, 9 shall read as follows:
- The Service Provider makes efforts to regularly expand and update the Resource. However, it is not obliged to take such action. The Access Service and the Content Service authorizes the Registered User to access the Resources made available as part of a given service on the date of the Agreement and new Resources made available during the term of the Agreement, covered by the given Service. However, the Service Provider does not guarantee the development or updating of the Resources after the conclusion of the Agreement for the provision of the Access Service or the Content Service.
- The User has the option of receiving commercial information from the Service Provider in the form of messages sent to the e-mail address provided by the User (Newsletter Service). To this end, please enter a correct e-mail address or activate the appropriate box on the Account opening form. The User may at any time withdraw his consent to receive commercial information. The Newsletter is sent by the Service Provider only to the User who made subscription.
- The Service Provider may introduce temporary promotions and discounts on paid services provided on its Website, including temporarily offer Services free of charge, of which Users will be informed from time to time through information posted on its pages.

The updated Terms will apply from 01/02/2022.
