On the view from central Eurasia

At the end of July 2019 in Warsaw, I had the opportunity to talk to a man from one of the countries of central Eurasia which is encompassed in the real infrastructure investments that are being implemented as part of the Belt and Road Initiative (the ‘New Silk Road’).
