In recent years, the notion of the Revolution in Military Affairs has been a sensation as a new stage in the way war is conducted. Something extremely important is at hand, so I decided that it would be necessary to introduce the subject with which we will probably live for the next decades of rivalry between great powers and proxy wars across Eurasia and its littorals.
